Exercise TV Jillian Michaels is a personal trainer that has been seen on TV in shows such as The Biggest Loser, Losing it with Jillian, and The Doctors. She has also had several workout routines on Exercise TV.  Jillian combines many different weight loss and strengthening exercises such as yoga, weight lifting, kickboxing, and Pilates to get the biggest results in the shortest amount of time.
